Planetary Streams Terms and Conditions
Client and his or her agents, and guests are prohibited from using foul and abusive language, exhibiting or discussing pornographic material of any kind, making libelous or defamatory comments about PSI, it’s agents or clients in broadcasts or upon PSI premises.

PSI may at its discretion and without notice pre-empt all or part of the time specified herein or should PSI be unable to broadcast due to acts of nature, power failure, labor disputes, mechanical or electronic equipment failure, employee failure to perform, or for any other reason beyond PSI control, PSI shall make available to client other time or times of comparable value or shall make a pro-rata reduction of charges to the client for the programs or services missed or pre-empted. PSI shall be the judge of comparable times.

Client agrees that a third party may not participate in this contract in any manner without the express written permission of PSI. PSI shall retain all property rights in any programs or advertising created by PSI and its employees and/or agents for use in connection with any advertising or programs under this contract.

Client agrees to save harmless PSI and its agents and employees from any and all liability in connection with any claim, controversy, or litigation arising out of or arising from any broadcasting or publishing contracted for and herein agreed upon.

PSI may suspend, cancel, or nullify the performance of this contract anytime the client becomes delinquent in payment or fails to abide by any of the terms and conditions found herein.

Client agrees to personally guarantee both jointly and severally all amounts owing under this contract, and personally agrees to all terms of this contract.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the time period for which you paid but your subscription will no longer auto-renew at the end of that time period.

When your credit card has been charged, your order is non-refundable, and your subscription automatically renews until you decide to cancel.

If your credit card becomes invalid for any reason, we will notify you via email. From that point, you have 28 days to resolve the problem with your credit card before we try to charge your card again. If we still receive an error when trying to process your card, then we'll cancel your Planetary Streams Community subscription and send you an email letting you know.

You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle by sending an email to cancel@planetarystreams.com. Include your Full name and username.
